A list property is a set of values from which a user can select. This property can be configured to serve as the life cycle state of an element. If a list property is set as a life cycle property, depending on the value of the list property, it activates the possibility of creating certain types of quality rules on properties and relations. Additionally, based on the life cycle property value, elements can automatically be archived when they are no longer relevant.
