Find out what’s happened

Find out what’s happened

Projects often involve numerous people of different disciplines working together in Relatics. Since the interdependency is enormous, being aware of each other’s activity is key. The What’s Happened feature is specifically designed for that.

Use the What’s Happened feature

The What’s Happened feature can be used to gain insight into changes within a project workspace. It is found at the top of the type list. If there are any changed elements since 0:00 today, it will be indicated by a count on top of the button.

Furthermore, by activating the What’s Happened feature, the type list shows a count for each type element. Subsequently, you can explore these changed elements individually since they will be marked by colors. The following colors can be distinguished:

  • Dark color: a new element was created.
  • Light color: an existing element was modified.

By hovering over the colored label, the user is informed who modified the element and when the modification was made.

Select different time frames

In addition to the standard time frame ‘today’, a user may select a different time frame for which changes are shown.

The following filter options are available:

  • Today (default)
  • Last 3 days
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 14 days
  • Last 30 days

Notes:

  • What’s Happened informs you about all changed elements, including the ones changed by yourself.
  • You can keep working while the What’s Happened feature is enabled.
  • Deactivating the What’s Happened feature will reset the time frame to today.
