Some Relatics environments require an additional security step to log in, during which you get asked for a multifactor authentication code. In environments with this security setting enabled, you have to configure it while creating your account.

Setup multifactor authentication for the first time

1. Log in to your account using your email and password.
2. Use an authenticator app to scan the QR code. If you cannot scan the QR code, click unable to scan. A new screen appears with a numeric code you can use as an alternative to the QR code.
3. In the field One-time code, fill in the code generated by the authenticator app.
4. Click Ok.

Log in using multifactor authentication

1. Log in to your account using your email and password.
2. In the field One-time code (from your authenticator app) fill in the code corresponding to the project.
3. Click Sign in.
