Position derived elements in a tree

Position derived elements in a tree

In a treeview, that presents a hierarchical structure, you have the option to manually customize the position of elements. For example, to cluster certain elements on the same level or to optimize the readability for other users. When positioning is enabled, you can simply drag and drop an element in the treeview. As a result, the position of the element relative to other elements on the same level is updated.

Change the position of a derived element in a tree

  1. In the overview, click on Treeview.
  2. In the treeview, select an element by clicking on it.
  3. In the treeview, drag and drop the selected element above or below another element that shares the same parent element.
