A use case helps to get answers to support a dedicated recurring process. Use cases can be made available for a type element on the overview and the detail view.
Work with a use case
A use case has been prepared in advance to support you with a typical process that needs your attention occasionally. In a use case, you can apply filters and sorting just as in any other table to find or handle information. When you have made changes to the use case (e.g. apply a filter or sorting) and you want to revert to the original use case, you can click on Reset.
If the use case is missing a column that you need or if the use case does not address a relevant process, please contact your power user to update the use case.
Note:
- Use cases can be manually hidden by users or automatically hidden for users.
