The Top X widget is one of the widget types that can be added to Dashboards. It sorts (a subset of) elements of a specific type according to one of its number properties. For example, a top 5 of the highest risks of the project.
Visualization
Depending on the configured setting of the field Size the widget has one or two rows.
Create a Top X widget*
- In the workspace menu, click
to open the dashboards page.
- On the dashboard page, select the dashboard to which you want to add a population divider widget.
- On the dashboard, click
New widget. This opens the Create widget dialog.
- In the field Widget, select Top X. The dialog will now update and show the fields to be filled out.
- In the field Title, enter a name that describes the visualized data.
- In the field Type element, select the type element on which the population is based. The dialog will now update and show the fields to be filled out.
- Optionally, in the field Filter(s), add as many filters as needed to get the correct population.
- In the field Property (number), select a type property of the data type number.
- In the field Sort, select the order of values.
- In the field Size, select the maximum number of elements in the widget.
- Click on Create. This closes the dialog Create widget.
