Engineering firm Iv-Infra mainly supports asset owners with integrated contracts and contract management. For at least ten years now, they have used Relatics to support their processes. Each project will consciously determine the area in which the standard method is chosen and where it chooses to deviate from it.

The complete contract management process at Iv-Infra: pragmatic and (sometimes) completely integrated
by Antal Hartman and Gerrit Wierda
Iv-Infra has been using Relatics for nearly 10 years when drafting and managing integrated contracts on the client’s side. Relatics is also used for Contract Management. Iv-Infra's Relatics template is complete, flexible as well as pragmatic. If desired, Iv-Infra can now capture everything in Relatics (from initial project launch to completion), but it is also possible to capture only some of the administrative processes in Relatics.
During this session, the speakers will show that their practical approach to contract management and their Relatics template work together. Iv-Infra’s way of working is not adjusted to Relatics, but Relatics has been adjusted to the way of working. Thanks to Relatics the audits during the construction phase can be performed effectively and efficiently. Everything that is required for a full contract management process can be tracked in Relatics: from risks, requirements, and findings as well as the preparation of payment terms. Iv-Infra has made a complete template that is especially suitable for small to medium-sized integrated contracts. Yet, it sometimes deviates.
The questions addressed in this presentation are: What does the normal contract management process look like at Iv-Infra? How does Relatics help? Why is it sometimes different? In what way does it differ?
