In this presentation, the experiences gained by VolkerInfra are shared on three different projects related to the CMDB and the OTL. There will be a closer look at the search for what's exactly CMDB, what you can do with it, what is the demand of the client and how the OTL is being used.

About the authors
Freek Moerman is the developer of Relatics' VISE at VolkerInfra. In addition he has worked as a consultant Systems Engineering on various projects and tenders. As a trailblazer CMDB on OpenIJ and the N18 he is responsible for the development of the CMDB and generating the COINS containers.
Tim van Leeuwen has been working for VolkerInfra since 2010 as a consultant Systems Engineering and developer of VISE. He is the developer of the CMDB module of SAAone and Het Gelders Huis. In addition, he is working as SE-Coordinator in tender teams.
