Based on the experience within the tender for the project Zuidasdok, Johan van den Tillaart and Martin Ebskamp took the audience through the information exchange process from the contractor's perspective. They showed everyone how information is exchanged, at what moments in time this happens and which resources are used. Finally, they discussed with the audience how their process in the future can be more efficient and how to prevent failure costs as much as possible.
