Relatics implementation at Witteveen+Bos, more than just software.

By: Maarten Visser

Witteveen+Bos is using Relatics since 2011. At first Relatics was primarily implemented to support our Systems Engineering process, especially the drafting of contracts. Thanks to the flexibility of Relatics, additional       functionalities were quickly added such as System-oriented Contract Management and various project management aspects. Now, Relatics is the central pivot in many projects to which other software is interfaced, such as our BIM software and project dashboards.

During this knowledge event Maarten showed that the implementation of Relatics in the organization only really takes flight when everyone uses the Relatics environment actually benefits from it. By looking closely at your  organization and processes, it is possible not only to digitize the current processes but also to optimize them.
