IT Operations

The IT Operations team makes sure that Relatics functions without a hitch for our customers. We deliver the software to the production environment, bug-free, and host everything. This way, the users always work with the best software. And in case of any questions or issues, we are immediately available to solve whatever needs solving. We are the first point of contact, we listen and analyse the question, and directly get down to solving the issue. The IT Operations team is just one step away from the customer, so that we can quickly help them to push on with their projects.

Customer experience

In all that we do, what matters first and foremost is the user’s experience. Relatics must function at all times, and we are available at all times to help with any issues. We do so with a healthy combination of technical know-how, analytical skills, and a focus on the customer.

Rapidly available

We host our software in our own data centre and make sure that all improvements developed by the Development team are made available to our customers rapidly and reliably. This way we ensure that Relatics is always up-to-date and online.

Every question raised by a customer is an important one. That’s our starting point. So we need to continue learning, permanently. That’s why our team shares all its experiences and is constantly investigating how we can make our processes and services even faster, smarter, more efficient, in short: even better.
