Risk Management and Relatics at multi-disciplinary projects

by Robin Kuipers

At BAM Infra we have been working together since the founding of Relatics to achieve the ultimate project management tool. In the current era, too, a constant development of the tool takes place in order to better support the processes in the projects and to use data effectively in the management of these projects.

The Relatics project environment of BAM Infra contains many modules that help BAM Infra employees better manage their projects. From modules for requirements analysis, strategic environmental management and audits to the risk module. In the latter, not only is registration of current risks taking place, it also offers the possibility to make cross-sections that make the project more manageable. This results in a lower impact of risks on the projects. The risk module also offers the possibility to report the current state of affairs regarding top risk lists and the financial impact of project risks.

Relatics offers the possibility to consider project risks integrally by establishing various relationships with other project information. The ultimate goal is not only to record risk information on individual projects, but also to look further into the future by learning from our projects.
