Flow Civiel is a consultancy firm in the field of civil engineering. Our aim is to connect people with technology and bringing them in Flow. To us, being in Flow means getting the most out of oneself and feeling at ease within your project and role. To achieve this, we have our focus at three levels: the individual, projects and organizations. This is the way we bring about change and development of people and organizations. Flow Civiel supports organizations to define their goals and implement project management and project control based on the principles of System Engineering. We believe in a bottom-up approach and collaborate directly with people out in the field.
We aim to inspire and establish meaningful connections when providing strategic advice to public and private organizations. Our approach is characterized by connecting process, technology and people, and seeking the right balance between them. We bring people and organizations in Flow by creating overview and structure, setting ambitions and goals, and deploying the right resources.
Projects benefit greatly from being structured based on the principles of Systems Engineering. Working explicitly and retraceable is key to achieve this structure within projects and organizations. Relatics is an excellent tool to facilitate Systems Engineering. We support our partners in their organizational development when implementing the principles of System Engineering, with Relatics specified to their use case as a cornerstone.
