Our development process
Features are developed and released in 9-week development cycles. A list with potential features to be developed, maintained by the Product Manager, serves as input for these cycles. This list is sourced from both internal ideas and customer feedback.
At the end of each cycle, we present the newly developed features in our release notes and our release webinar.
What happens to your suggestion?
- Upon submission, you receive a confirmation email. Your suggestion is now registered in our internal system. We might reach out in case additional clarification is needed.
- Our Product Manager carefully examines the suggestion. The focus is on understanding the fundamental problem your proposal seeks to address, while also considering the frequency of a suggestion.
- Suggestions are periodically reviewed, and contribute to discussions about our internal development planning.
We take all feedback seriously and greatly appreciate your time and effort. While we cannot promise that we will fulfill your wish exactly as you imagined, your suggestion can still inspire us to address the underlying issue in another way. So please don’t hesitate to submit your wishes.
